The Big Bike Revival Sunday Cycle
This Years ‘Bike Bike Revival Sunday cycle’ is set to be bigger and better than before.
This event is to get new people on bikes, and giving people that cycle already a wee challenge and opportunity to go a little further. So make sure to invite your friends and family and anyone you think should be getting cycling this Summer.
Start/Finish – The Coupar Angus Cycling Hub, 1 Forfar Road, PH13 9AN
There are 3 rides :
10 Miles : Meeting at 11am – Super chilled and going at your own pace. A local and flat route to suit all ages and abilities.
25 Miles : meeting at 10am – Another relaxed and fun paced ride
50 Miles : Meeting at 9am – A wee bit faster to make sure you get back before all the curry gets eaten
No one gets left behind on our rides. We would recommend a roadbike or a good hybrid for the 50 mile ride. Please also bring spares and tools if you need to fix your bike during the ride or at least ensure you and a friend share a toolkit.
Electronic maps of the routes will be available soon. Each ride will have cycle leaders but this does not mean you need to stick together. So take the routes at your own pace and everyone will meet up for a big feed after with the Limetree Restaurant providing Mild and spicy Curries for everyone after the ride at the Cycling Hub.
There are bikes available for hire : Free of Charge including Electric bikes, road bikes and hybrids so get in touch or visit our hire bike page on the website to book yours for the ride.
It will a super fun day of cycling for all ages and abilities so come along and join in and meet like minded people that love cycling.
